Show Choir Parent Coordinators

2022-2023 season

These people will be the go-to for all things show choir related. A lead person is needed for both 4th Ave. and Charisma. An assistant is also welcome for each group. These people are responsible for communicating directly with the Directors and Choreographers to oversee activities. The lead person is usually on-site for most of the rehearsals to help with injured or sick children, works with the Music Secretary to order costumes, and attends all events (as needed.)

This Committee is responsible for the loading and unloading of all show choir equipment and costumes and delivering them to the show choir events/competitions.

Newsletter/Publicity Committee

This Committee shall gather, publish and distribute to show choir parents all important information about show choir competitions, Winter and Spring shows, Elementary assemblies, and other activities, accomplishments, and projects of the City High Show Choir program.

Food Committee

This Committee is in charge of providing food for the Winter, Spring, and Elementary assembly shows. It will also enlist help from parents with donating food for the show choir choreography camps.
